Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling and delivery of training sessions.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, using a range of presentation techniques.
• Develop and update training materials, ensuring content is relevant.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate.
• Ensure all training content is aligned with organizational goals.
• Travel to various locations for in-person training sessions as required.
• Immediate availability to join the team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating and sharing content for social media platforms, especially Reels or similar short-form video content.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Content creation skills.
• Driving license.
