Job Description: You will be responsible for providing efficient, knowledgeable, and result-oriented training to the team. As a trainer, you will play a vital role in the development and growth of the team members. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions for the team members - Create and update training materials as needed - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs - Provide feedback and support to trainees Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in training or teaching - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of the subject matter - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift schedule.
