To strengthen our telesales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences, we are seeking a skilled Trainer to coach and guide our call center Employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new hires and conduct refresher workshops for existing employees to enhance sales performance.
• Develop training content and activities that improve sales and communication skills.
• Monitor call quality, track training effectiveness, and share actionable insights with management.
• Mentor and guide agents to handle customer conversations effectively.
• Assess training effectiveness and share feedback with management.
• Adapt training content to match evolving business goals and customer expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Trainer / Call Center Trainer (preferably in telesales or service-based industries).
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate teams.
• Flexible to work on a freelance/contract basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in matrimonial (optional), subscription-based, or service sectors.
• Ability to train in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Certifications in sales or soft skills training will be an advantage.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Esplanade, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
