Role Overview: As a Consultant at CAPITAIRE, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to taxation regulations, with a focus on Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and Income Tax Return (ITR) compliance. Your role will be pivotal in providing guidance and training to internal teams on GST compliance matters and managing TDS compliance processes. Additionally, you will be involved in ensuring timely and accurate filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for the organization and its employees. Key Responsibilities: - GST Compliance: - Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations and implement necessary updates for compliance. - Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. - Provide guidance and training on GST compliance matters. - TDS Compliance: - Manage TDS compliance processes, including deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns. - Monitor TDS rates, deductions, and exemptions as per the Income Tax Act. - Coordinate with relevant departments for necessary TDS certificates and documentation. - ITR Compliance: - Ensure timely and accurate filing of ITRs for the organization and employees. - Verify financial data and supporting documentation for ITR preparation. - Collaborate with tax consultants to address complex tax issues and optimize tax planning strategies. - Respond to inquiries from tax authorities regarding ITR filings. Qualifications: - CA Inter or B.com/M.com with CA Firm Experience. - Knowledge of relevant tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.,
