Trainee Support Cum Software Tester

You are being sought as a Fresher for the position of Trainee Technical Support cum Software Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for offering technical support to clients, testing software, identifying defects, writing SQL queries, and providing feedback to the development team. Your duties will involve providing technical support through telephone calls or remotely accessing the client's machine via tools like TeamViewer. Your main responsibilities will include analysing requirements and devising test cases to ensure the delivery of quality code to production. You will be expected to execute manual test cases based on project requirements, identify and document software defects, collaborate with team members for issue resolution, and contribute to test documentation and reports. The key skills required for this role include proficiency in Basic SQL queries such as updating, deletions, joins, and manual testing. Additionally, having good communication skills is essential.
