Specifically, the

• Monitoring of the customer's Azure infrastructure.
• Monitoring and handling incidents and tickets (Break-fix, Request, Change Requests).
• Attending customer calls.
• Support the team in day-to-day operations.
• Should be comfortable working rotational shifts.

Qualification:

• B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT
• Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semester
• No current backlogs
• A degree in Cloud Computing will be preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its related technologies. Any Certification in Azure would be a plus.
