We are seeking an individual who understands labor management and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth operations across various sites and holding vendors accountable for their commitments. As a Trade Associate, you will play a vital role in managing the deployment of labor with vendor teams, overseeing up to 50-80 workers across different trades. Your responsibilities will include coordinating timely vendor mobilization for new site launches, resolving on-site execution challenges in collaboration with project teams, monitoring vendor performance, handling escalations, and maintaining high-quality execution standards through regular site visits. Job Requirements What You Need to Bring to the Table - 3-4 years of hands-on site execution experience in residential or commercial interiors. - Proficiency in working with contractor firms, in-house labor, or subcontractors. - Functional expertise in at least 2-3 of the following trades: Masonry, Tiling/Stone, Carpentry, Painting, Electrical, False Ceiling, Plumbing. - Ability to estimate labor requirements based on project size and scope. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. - Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets and Forms for tracking and reporting purposes.
