TPM Data Analytics

You will be joining Netradyne's Data Analytics department as a Technical Program Manager (TPM). Your role will involve driving complex, cross-functional data-related initiatives. You should have a deep understanding of data analytics, strong technical aptitude, exceptional program management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact data solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Program Management:** - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks. - Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams (Data Science, Data Engineering) and non-technical stakeholders. - Drive stakeholder management by effectively communicating program status, risks, and changes to executive and working-level audiences. - Facilitate decision-making and achieve consensus across multiple teams. - Exhibit excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas clearly. - **Technical & Analytical Proficiency:** - Possess hands-on knowledge of SQL and Python with strong analytical skills. - Oversee data analysis work, ensuring accurate and actionable outputs. - Champion a data-driven culture and identify opportunities for improvement in data collection and analysis pipelines. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical and organizational hurdles. **Required Qualifications:** - 3+ years of experience in technical program management with a focus on data analytics, data science, or business intelligence. - Proven experience in data-related projects and programs. - Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation. - Solid understanding of statistical concepts. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in a native cloud ecosystem. - Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses and data visualization tools. - Experience in an IoT, tech, or scaled data environment. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools. - Prior experience managing programs involving production-level machine learning models. - Knowledge to leverage Gen AI for efficiency.
