Were looking for a QA Manager who can build, coach, and inspire a team that combines technical rigor with a product mindset. You will be a cultural bridgehelping engineers and analysts in India become trusted thought partners to their global peers. You will lead your team to deliver automated and exploratory test strategies, evaluate product quality from a risk and business impact perspective, and ensure our platform rebuild meets our highest standards for reliability, usability, and customer value. The India QA team will work as an integrated part of a global engineering and product ecosystem. Key Requirements and Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing team of QA Analysts in India. Champion a culture where quality means "Does this solve the right problem?", not just Does this have bugs?” Coach team members to think like product owners and develop empathy for global customers. Drive the development of test strategies across data ingestion, transformation, and UI layers. Maintain quality documentation and audit artifacts (SOC2, ISO9001). Work with Engineering, Product, and Automated Testers to define and monitor meaningful quality metrics. Job Description Position Summary The Manager, Supplier Intelligence will report to the Sr. Manager, Supplier Intelligence. The Manager, Supplier Intelligence will lead a team that will be responsible for reviewing suppliers' compliance documentation to ensure it is accurate, complete and meets the most current acceptance criteria and overall service delivery standards to our customers in Assents Professional Services department. This person works closely with the Sr. Manager, Supplier Intelligence to develop their team’s technical and leadership skills, and to help navigate complex supplier scenarios. Key Requirements and Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a Supplier Intelligence team.
