You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Leading groups on walking tours or other types of tours based on specific needs. - Sharing knowledge about the area's history, landmarks, and points of interest to tour groups effectively. - Ensuring visitors have a positive experience by making them feel welcome and comfortable throughout the tour. - Assisting with operational tasks related to tour operations. - Participating actively in the group and being available for tours. - Keeping tour reports updated and maintaining tour itineraries. - Supporting marketing efforts.
