Build and maintain relationships with agents to ensure their success and retention. Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide support to agents. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance agents product knowledge and sales techniques. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for agent recruitment. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform agency development strategies. Skills and Qualifications 2-8 years of experience in agency development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with agents and stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making. Ability to develop training programs and materials that enhance agent performance. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of the insurance industry and agency operations is preferred.
