Role Description We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our remote team full-time. This role is ideal for someone based in Kochi who is eager to grow in the world of digital marketing and branding . As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for: Conducting market research and collecting competitor insights Assisting in the execution of communication strategies Supporting sales and marketing campaigns Providing customer service and assisting clients Collaborating with various departments to implement marketing initiatives Assisting with content creation , SEO tasks , and social media scheduling You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to conduct market research and analyse trends Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Experience in sales or sales & marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business , or a related field Basic understanding of SEO , including: Keyword research On-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, formatting) Content optimisation for search engines Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as: Google Analytics Meta Business Suite Canva or other design tools Email marketing tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A genuine passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Not Mandatory) Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console , Ubersuggest , SEMrush , or Ahrefs Basic knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite) Why Join Us?
