Tools Engineer - L3

The role of a Tools Engineer involves deploying the release of new technologies, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and testing PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. This includes troubleshooting problems reported by users, supporting Web access and electronic messaging services, and maintaining a secure systems environment. The individual is responsible for providing infrastructure solutions based on application needs and anticipated growth, installing new servers, and maintaining the infrastructure. Collaboration with clients and other technical colleagues across all functional areas is essential. The engineer should be capable of diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
