Job Description

The tool room Engineer will be responsible for the design , development maintained and trouble shooting of tools, dies, fixture and gauges to support smooth manufacturing operations. the role require strong technical expertise machinal process preventive Maintaince and problem solving.

key responsibilities

1. Tools & die Management

. Manufacture, assemble , maintain tools , dies , jigs, and fixture

. ensure preventive and corrective maintained of tools to minimize downtime

. Maintain tool room Equipment in proper working condition

2. Process Improvement

. Having Practical knowledge of optimisation of operation on each machine like lathe, vertical milling , surface grinder and cylindrical grinders etc.

. Support Production team by resolving tool - related issues

. Implemented modification to improve tools performance and product quality

. optimization tool design for cost , performance and durability.

3. Design & Development

. Assist in Design And Development of new tools and fixture as per product requirements.
