Tool Maker (for sheet metal industry)

As a Tool Maker, you will be responsible for utilizing your 4~6 years of experience in Press Tool & Die and Sheet metal processes. Your role will involve operating conventional machines such as Milling, Grinding, and Drilling to manufacture Tool & Dies efficiently. It is crucial that you have a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) drawings and can identify and address common Sheetmetal issues like Wrinkles, Thinning, Cracks, and Springback. You will be expected to conduct Die trials, Part Proving, and commissioning of Dies, as well as verify parts using checking fixtures. Additionally, your expertise in tasks like grinding, burr correction, arc welding, and Flame hardening will be essential for the successful completion of projects. Having good analytical skills and knowledge of press operating will also be advantageous in this role. Furthermore, your flexibility to work in all shifts will enable you to contribute effectively to the team.
