Job Description

Tool Design Specialization Aerospace Tooling Design Jigs & Fixtures experience (Milling, Turning, Assembly, etc.) CAD Tool: CATIA V5 (3D modeling, 2D detailing, Assembly, GSD) Experience on Gated review of Tool design (Concept design to Final design and drawings) Tool Prove-out (FAI) experience GD&T Tolerance Stack-up analysis Good with Design for Manufacture principles Principles of Jigs & Fixture design (3-2-1, etc.) Good in Speaking & Written English language Ability to present Design in Presentation format to various stakeholders Ability to stretch, if required per the manufacturing schedule, when required. Assess the body language as customers are explicit on this requirement
