Job Description

You will lead the development and implementation of data solutions using MS Power BI to enhance business insights and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design and maintenance of SSIS Database solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility. You will provide expertise in creating and managing SSRS Reports to deliver accurate and timely information to stakeholders. Utilize ANSI SQL to perform complex data analysis and support various business functions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to integrate Facets into existing systems optimizing performance and efficiency. Developing strategies to improve data management processes will be part of your role, enhancing overall operational efficiency. Monitoring and troubleshooting data-related issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions is crucial. Regular assessments of data systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes will be required. Supporting the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to advance the company's data capabilities is also expected. Effective communication with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions is a key aspect of this role. Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development is important. Driving initiatives that align with the company's purpose and contribute to positive societal impact will also be part of your responsibilities. You should demonstrate proficiency in MS Power BI showcasing the ability to create comprehensive dashboards and reports. Exhibit strong experience with SSIS Database ensuring robust data integration and management. Possess in-depth knowledge of SSRS Reports capable of delivering high-quality reporting solutions. Have a solid understanding of ANSI SQL enabling efficient data querying and manipulation. Show expertise in Facets contributing to seamless system integration and functionality. Display excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing data processes.,
