As a Western Music (Instruments) Trainer - Keyboard at Gyansthan, you will be an integral part of our dynamic music education team at Salim Merchants School of Musical Composition. With expertise in various Western instruments and vocal training, you will guide students of all ages and skill levels in mastering musical techniques, fostering creativity, and enhancing their overall musical experience. Your responsibilities will include providing group instructions and training for a variety of Western musical instruments, customizing lessons based on students" skill levels and interests, and designing a comprehensive music curriculum covering theory, performance, and technique. You will prepare students for recitals, performances, and competitions, ensuring they are performance-ready and confident. Additionally, you will provide constructive feedback, personalized coaching, and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment to encourage creativity and discipline. To excel in this role, you should possess formal or informal education in the music industry, experience as a music educator/trainer, a strong understanding of Western music theory, and the ability to handle a group of school students with patience. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities are also essential qualities for this position.
