Title ML Engineer/Data Scientist

You will be joining InnovaESI as a ML Engineer/Data Scientist in Bengaluru, in a full-time hybrid role. Your responsibilities will include working on pattern recognition, neural networks, algorithms, and utilizing statistical methods to deliver comprehensive data solutions. While your primary location will be in Bengaluru, there is also flexibility for remote work. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in Computer Science and Algorithms, proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, knowledge of Statistics and its application in data analysis, as well as experience working with complex algorithms and data models. Collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams and possessing advanced degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields are also essential qualifications. Additionally, a deep understanding of machine learning and NLP, coupled with commercial experience in building and deploying LLM solutions, will be beneficial. You should have 4-8 years of relevant experience, exceptional coding abilities (preferably in Python), and familiarity with ML tools and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, scikit-learn, among others. Furthermore, a strong understanding of MLOps best practices with experience in deploying LLM applications to production at scale is required. Being a problem solver and self-starter is key; you should enjoy tackling challenging problems independently and within a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also crucial.
