Candidates must have a BA/MA in Hindi with B.Ed and a minimum of 5-12 years of experience for a position located in Bangalore, Marathahalli. The candidate must be proficient in activity-oriented teaching using creative and innovative techniques. It is important to be well-prepared for each lesson plan by reading plans, attending curriculum-related workshops, and seeking clarification when necessary. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to introduce lesson plan objectives effectively, present the introduction logically and clearly, teach as per instructions provided, and utilize various teaching aids, resources, activities, and assignments listed in the lesson plan. Integration of information from other areas, providing relevant examples, metaphors, analogies, creativity, humor, and imagination to connect with students" previous learning is crucial. Effective voice intonation, correct and appropriate language and grammar usage, maintaining eye contact, moving around the class with ease, and interacting with students are important aspects of the teaching style.
