The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, providing product or service information, addressing customer questions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining accurate records of conversations, following up with leads, and achieving daily or weekly call targets. The Telecaller will also relay important feedback to the sales team and work collaboratively to meet sales goals. Qualifications Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency and experience with telecommunication tools Ability to work effectively in a team environment and achieve targets Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage Proficiency in regional languages, in addition to English or Hindi, is a plus
