Job Title: Billing Executive/Vendor Payment Location: Pune Viman Nagar Experience: 2 to 7 years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive/Vendor Payment to manage customer and vendor billing operations, verify invoices, and ensure timely and accurate processing of bills and payments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with billing software, Tally/ERP systems, and a good understanding of Basic GST,and accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process customer and vendor invoices accurately. Verify and reconcile billing data with purchase orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents. Ensure timely generation and dispatch of invoices to clients/vendors. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Procurement, Accounts) for billing inputs and approvals. Record and maintain all billing-related transactions in Tally / ERP system . Handle basic GST, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Follow up with clients and vendors for payment status and resolve billing discrepancies. Prepare periodic reports on billing, collections, and outstanding payments. Assist in month-end closing, reconciliations, and audits related to billing. Maintain proper filing and documentation of all invoices and supporting records. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred). 2 to 7 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts . Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, BAsic SAP knowledge . Good understanding of basic GST, and accounting principles . Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Strong coordination, communication, and documentation abilities.
