Worst broadband service provider. Never buy broadband services from them, if buying then please don't give them security, they will never return your security and will say that only if broadband is returned then they will return security, but then then will start ignoring you. The worst broadband service provider. Netplus App doesn't work. Customer care support doesn't pick calls. Regular internet cuts. Go for other wifi service provider like airtel, jio or connect (connect broadband is far better than netplus). In short if you want to waste your money you should opt for this broadband service provider.
