Pathetic customer service the worst among all!!! Dont take their service

Giving this review on the basis of my experience with customer care agent some sampa or what so ever. She needs to be a bit more professional and productive in terms of sitting on the given chair. I wish I could give it a 0 star review.

Fraud company. My connection is not working for last 10days. The local operator as well as wishnet customer care turned deaf ears to my complaints. I have just recharged for 3months package few days back. Anyone with any suggestion how to file a fraud case against them to consumer forum?

They steal money in the recharge plan like 30days months then the company owner shubankar taken billing early without complete a monthly basis payments a month finished by 30 days a month then these cheaters deducted money from next monthly …

Terrible service! Once they receive payment, that's it - your calls will go unattended. The worst part is that the Airtel call center representatives are also extremely rude. I strongly advise avoiding Airtel
