As a Sustainability Manager/ Energy Management professional, you will be responsible for various tasks related to sustainable architecture and environmental engineering. Your main duties will include collecting and analyzing information and data of the built environment, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing sustainable practices. You will also be tasked with preparing green building reports in accordance with the Green Building Certifying agency, as well as tracking the progress of implementing green measures at project sites. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest environmental policies and sustainability developments through continuous learning. To excel in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture, Environment Architecture, Building Performance, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Studies, or an MBA with a specialization in Sustainability Management or Energy Management. You should also possess a solid understanding of building physics, sustainability concepts, and energy efficiency practices. Familiarity with building energy simulation software is essential for this position. Moreover, you will need excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of reports. Strong interpersonal communication skills are crucial for effective stakeholder engagement. Attention to detail and the ability to think innovatively, creatively, and laterally are also important qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.,
