Business Development Specialist – Digital Marketing Location: Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh Email: hr@tradeindomains.com TID Advertisr & Marketers is seeking a goal-driven and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help scale our digital marketing services by identifying and converting potential clients across various industries. ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Outbound + Sales Specialist) who has: ✔ Strong expertise in Apollo.io ✔ Hands-on email outreach experience ✔ Understanding of agency sales cycles ✔ Proven skills in sales, pitching, and conversions ✔ Experience closing small–medium deals OR booking high-quality meetings Your goal will be to generate qualified leads, book meetings, manage CRM, and convert opportunities into revenue. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 🔷 Lead Generation & Prospecting Build targeted FMCG lead lists using Apollo.io Use intent filters, advanced queries & list segmentation Generate consistent outbound leads (daily target-driven) 🔷 Email Outreach & Tools Create, write, and launch cold email campaigns Use Apollo.io & similar email tools Maintain domain health, warmup, and sending schedules Track opens, replies, and engagement metrics 🔷 Sales & Conversion Responsibilities Conduct initial qualification calls Pitch agency services confidently to prospects Convert inbound & outbound leads into meetings Work closely with the Founder to support closing Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines Help push warm leads toward decision-making Improve sales conversion rates through follow-ups 🔷 BD & Pipeline Management Maintain CRM consistently Track all outreach, responses, and deals Manage follow-up tasks via email, LinkedIn, and calls Create daily/weekly BD performance reports 🔷 Industry & Market Research Identify new opportunities and categories Research competitors & market trends REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 1.5–4 years in a Digital Marketing Agency (MANDATORY) Experience in outbound BD, email outreach & Apollo.io Strong knowledge of sales, pitching, and conversions Comfort in speaking with founders, CMOs, and brand managers Good English communication (written + verbal) Understanding different workflows & marketing structures. CRM knowledge.
