The Senior QA Analyst is the subject matter expert (SME) within the project team. You must possess good written and verbal communication skills and be capable of effectively interfacing with all support groups, other QA groups, and development groups to independently accomplish tasks with minimal oversight. You should demonstrate quick learning abilities by mastering new concepts which may be business-, technical-, or process-oriented. Assisting the QA Manager and QA Lead Analyst in identifying test scope, project risks, and implementing process changes and efficiencies is one of your principal accountabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining test artifacts, facilitating artifact reviews, ensuring team members comply with SDLC processes, and executing responsibilities with minimal oversight by consulting analysts and consultants as the technical SME. It is crucial to interface and communicate effectively with internal teams and external support groups. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in SQL for analysis and data verification in back-end tables, successful experience testing commercial Linux apps, java app testing experience, Tibco RV/MQ messaging experience, experience working with UC4, and programming knowledge for automation.
