Sound Design: Incorporate sound effects, voiceovers, and background music to enhance the overall impact of the video. Motion Graphics: Utilize motion graphics to add dynamic elements to videos, enhancing storytelling and visual appeal. Social media listening, monitoring & reporting. Conduct competitor & scans based on the brand. Focus on creating appropriate response sheets for different social media platforms. Overlook, Manage & Handle social media pages of client brands. Work with platform partners to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices. Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of relevant professional experience in social media management, and/or social media planning. Passion for social media and understanding of its business impact. Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams. Experience managing and negotiating media and content contracts. Understanding of the creative development process and media planning. Ability & knowledge to use AI tools to automate workflows. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of delivering high-quality social media campaigns in very dynamic environments & creating distribution for brands across digital platforms. 5+ years of progressive responsibility in social media marketing and brand advertising Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Strong analytical and quantitative skills - the ability to capture and use various data points to develop and measure marketing programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others. Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders, team members, and people across different categories & industries. Have prior work experience in the FnB/Fashion/Lifestyle category.
