Location : Think41, HSR layout Bangalore Job Type : Full-Time About Think41 Think41 is an early-stage startup with a mission to build a leading technology consulting firm providing Gen AI Services & Solutions. Our leadership team previously built HashedIn, a cloud services & solutions company acquired by Deloitte in 2021, now a cornerstone of Deloitte Engineering. With early funding established, Think41 is looking to assemble an all-star engineering team passionate about Gen AI tools and ecosystems. Role Summary Own end-to-end retail analytics (pricing, promos, assortment, demand, inventory, returns) and convert data into decisions through rigorous analysis, dashboards, and experiments. Partner with business, product, and engineering - and act as a decision gate for selective AI-agent actions. Responsibilities Own diagnostic and opportunity analyses across sales, margin, category/basket, stockouts/returns; recommend actions with quantified impact. Build/maintain executive-grade dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Looker); automate recurring reporting; ensure metric definitions are consistent. Design and evaluate A/B tests / quasi-experiments for pricing, promotions, CRM, and UX; communicate trade-offs and decision confidence. Write high-quality SQL/Python to wrangle large datasets; validate with robust checks and clear documentation. Partner with data engineering on data quality, definitions, lineage, and pipeline improvements; raise and track data issues to closure. Present insights to senior stakeholders with crisp narratives; drive decisions and follow through to measured outcomes. Human-in-the-loop (HITL) for (ref:hirist.tech)
