Operations & Marketplace Manager – Full Time, Chennai We’re looking for a proactive and organized team member to join The Veshti Company and take ownership of daily operations, production management, and marketplace execution. This role works directly with the founder and plays a key part in scaling the brand. Key Responsibilities Operations & Supply Chain Production planning & vendor follow-ups Fabric procurement & QC coordination Warehouse & dispatch oversight USA shipment & freight forwarder coordination Onboarding & managing 3PL partners Implementing systems: barcoding, SOPs, process workflows Inventory & Marketplace Stock forecasting & replenishment planning Product listings & uploads on Amazon / Myntra / marketplaces Order processing, returns / exchanges management Coordination with account managers Systems & Reporting Zoho Books: order imports, bank categorisation, reconciliation Weekly reports for production, inventory & performance Requirements 0–5 years experience in D2C / marketplace / apparel operations Good with Excel/Sheets Amazon/Myntra/Flipkart & other Marketplace management Strong coordination & communication skills Chennai-based, ready to work onsite
