Job Summary The Hotel Assistant supports daily hotel operations to ensure guests receive excellent service. This role involves assisting front desk activities, guest services, housekeeping coordination, and basic administrative tasks while maintaining hotel standards. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries Support front office staff in reservations and guest coordination Assist housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are clean and ready Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback politely and professionally Maintain records, registers, and basic documentation Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations Assist in room service or restaurant operations when required Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Hotel Management preferred) Basic knowledge of hotel operations Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Basic computer knowledge is an advantage Experience Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality industry Salary & Benefits Salary: As per industry standards Free meals / Duty meals Uniform provided Growth opportunities within the hotel Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Work Location: In person
