Sleep company does not have a 24 hour helpline. My bed suddenly had leg up at night and no helpline. I had a problem with the bed at night but had to wait till 9.30 am next morning to lodge complaint. However Mr Saqlain was very helpful and realised the urgency and got the bed repaired in 4-5 hrs. Thank ful
