Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer School: The Sanskriti School, Bhopal (CBSE) Location: Katara Hills, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as per requirement) Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to help enhance students' communication, personality development, leadership, emotional intelligence, and overall interpersonal skills. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and activities to prepare students for academic success, competitive exams, and real-world challenges. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging soft skills training sessions for students (Classes 6 to 12). Focus on areas like communication skills, time management, public speaking, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, grooming, and interview preparation. Conduct group activities, role plays, presentations, and workshops. Collaborate with academic and career guidance teams to align training with student development goals. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback. Prepare and maintain training materials and reports. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Psychology, Communication, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a soft skills or communication trainer, preferably in a school or educational setup. Excellent command over English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. Passion for working with students and contributing to their holistic development. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in soft skills training or personality development. Experience in student counselling or career guidance.
