Conduct group activities, role plays, presentations, and workshops. Collaborate with academic and career guidance teams to align training with student development goals. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Psychology, Communication, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a soft skills or communication trainer, preferably in a school or educational setup. Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
