Location: Hybrid – Delhi NCR Brand: The Pilates Room / The World of TPR Type: Full-Time / Contract /Paid About the Role We are looking for a Creative Director who will build and own the entire brand identity, visual language, and creative direction for our Pilates & wellness brand, TPR. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks in systems, understands premium wellness aesthetics, and can translate brand philosophy into powerful visual storytelling. They will work directly with the founder to shape how the brand looks, feels, speaks, and grows across all touchpoints — digital, spatial, content, packaging, merchandise, and future verticals of The World of TPR . Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Identity & Visual Language Build and maintain a cohesive design system for the brand (colors, typography, tone, patterns, photography style). Develop the brand manual / brand book used across all studios, digital assets, and content teams. Define and refine the visual signature that differentiates TPR in the premium fitness market. 2. Creative Direction Lead creative ideation for all campaigns, shoots, and digital content. Create concepts, moodboards, and briefs for lifestyle, Pilates, beauty, and wellness content. Ensure consistency across all visual assets – nothing goes out without meeting the TPR aesthetic. 3. Spatial & Studio Experience Work with interior designers to translate the brand identity into studio interiors , including: Color palettes Materials Signage Wayfinding Studio merchandising Maintain the look & feel across all locations (Faridabad, GK, Gurgaon, future studios). 4. Digital & Social Creative Oversee all visual output across: Instagram YouTube Website Ads Brand partnerships Build a content aesthetic that is premium, aspirational, wellness-led, and consistent. 5. Production Oversight Lead brand shoots: casting, styling, lighting direction, reference boards. Work with videographers, editors, and photographers to maintain a signature TPR look . Approve final creative outputs. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the founder on brand expansion (beauty, wellness, events, merchandise, retreats). Collaborate with marketing and studio teams. Manage junior designers or freelancers as needed. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in branding or creative direction (wellness, luxury, beauty, lifestyle preferred). Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work and high-quality visual direction. Deep understanding of premium lifestyle aesthetics (Pilates, skincare, athleisure, minimalism). Mastery of design systems, typography, color theory, and spatial visual language. Ability to turn abstract brand vision into visual frameworks and content ideas . Strong aesthetic judgment + excellent taste. Leadership skills and the ability to manage creative talent. Personality Fit Someone who lives and breathes aesthetics.
