Key Responsibilities:Customer Calling & Coordination: Make outbound calls to confirm orders, resolve issues, and collect customer feedback. Respond to inbound inquiries from customers across phone, email, or WhatsApp. Provide personalized recommendations or support to increase customer satisfaction. Handle order modifications, COD verifications, and delivery status updates. Ecommerce Operations Management: Monitor order flow, inventory sync, and returns/refund status across platforms. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery. Prepare and manage daily operational reports. Team & Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and marketing teams. Coordinate with packaging and shipping vendors to resolve delays or issues. Support in onboarding and training junior staff if needed.
