Position Overview The Marketing Manager – Events & Exhibitions will be responsible for leading the company’s presence at trade shows, expos, and flagship events. This role involves managing end-to-end event operations, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring brand visibility, supporting lead generation, and strengthening industry partnerships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable travelling frequently across India. Key Responsibilities1. Exhibition & Trade Show Management Attend national and international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events on behalf of the company. Oversee stall management including branding, setup, vendor coordination, and logistics. Ensure smooth execution of exhibition activities as per company SOPs. Drive lead generation at events by interacting with visitors, engaging prospects, and capturing accurate data. Manage post-event reporting, follow-up coordination, and CRM entry of all leads and networking contacts. 2. Media Partnership & External Coordination Liaise and negotiate with trade show and exhibition organisers for media partnerships. Manage partnership deliverables, including branding, storytelling initiatives, online/print promotions, and event coverage. Maintain strong relationships with organisers to unlock long-term value and priority positioning for the company. 3. Flagship Event Planning & Operations Plan, organise, and execute the company’s flagship events, conferences, seminars, and networking meet-ups. Coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors—venue partners, production houses, design teams, and logistics suppliers. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, marketing, or brand activation (preferably in manufacturing, tech, or B2B sectors). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with event planning, vendor management, and on-ground execution.
