Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer specializing in Technical Support and Customer Care, located at Mylapore. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions on customer support and technical support. Key activities include designing training programs, developing technical and customer service skills, delivering workshops, evaluating trainees' performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Trainer will also monitor and foster customer satisfaction through skill enhancement. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and maintaining Customer Satisfaction Experience in Technical Support and delivering Technical Training Excellent Communication skills and the ability to clearly convey concepts Adept at designing and delivering engaging training sessions Analytical and evaluation skills to assess trainee performance Ability to work collaboratively and align training with organizational objectives Knowledge of training methodologies and tools is an advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields is preferred
