Staffs of Siliguri Himalayan Eye Institute are very cordial & gave us excellent service, but the patient's name registration procedure in Jalpaiguri Branch is very hectic. Otherwise, we were satisfied with their service.

To book appointment for Dr. Swarup Roy is a nightmare here. Booking time is only 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM and most of the time numbers are busy. No alternate way. This is horrible. Staffs are not able to provide any alternate solution. It is better to book appointment in Siliguri instead of Jalpaiguri branch.
