Role & responsibilities Handling of samples collected from the participating health facilities. Processing of samples collected from health facilities. Conducting RT-PCR assays Collate lab results and prepare result reports Contribute to writing scientific papers for publication. Site coordinator (Grade Equivalent: ICMR Project Technical Support III dahanu,palghar 3 - 5 years INR 3.0 - 3.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day research project activities at the site Assist Site-PI and Clinical Associate in participant screening, recruitment, and follow-up Support in documentation, data entry, and reporting to the rural hub, FMR and or local ethics/regulatory committees Collect mask samples and data as per protocol Ensure correct packaging, storage, and safe transport of samples to FMR Maintain communication between FMR, Mumbai and the spoke sites Provide logistical and technical support for scientific and field-related activities as required Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Life Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Lab technology) with minimum 3 years clinical research experience OR Bachelors degree in Nursing with a minimum 3 years clinical experience OR Masterss in a relevant field as above with clinical research diploma or one year experience in clinical research Ability to communicate in Marathi Willingness to relocate to Palghar District Experience in clinical research, patient coordination, and data collection Ability to communicate with children of different age groups Prior experience in patient data management and sample handling Knowledge of TB-related studies is an added advantage Ability to commute to nearby Primary Health Centres and hospitals for sample collection/coordination Skills required Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory for patient interaction) Strong documentation and record-keeping accuracy Ability to multitask and manage multiple participants simultaneously Time management and organizational skills Basic financial management (petty cash handling for site expenses) Resourcefulness and ability to work independently as well as in a team This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in coordinating ICMR-funded clinical research projects, with exposure to TB diagnostics in paediatric populations.

Clinical Associate (Grade equivalent-ICMR Project Scientist I, Medical dahanu,palghar 0 - 3 years INR 8.0 - 8.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Screen children visiting the site, enroll study participants and implement the study protocols Support screening, enrollment and study compliance of participants recruited from the community Support clinical care and follow-up investigations as per study protocol Liaise between site and FMR Training of other sample collectors Support Site-PI and study investigators on all study activities Contribute to writing scientific papers for publication Preferred candidate profile MBBS degree (freshers can also apply) Ability to communicate in Marathi Lives in or willing to relocate to Palghar District * Note: Do not apply if not an MBBS Experience in Paediatric or respiratory medicine Good communication skills in English Prior clinical research or patient care experience Ability to communicate with children of different age groups.
