The Front Office / Admin Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls and plays a vital role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing reception duties, handling administrative tasks, coordinating with departments, and ensuring an organized, welcoming, and efficient work environment. Front Office Management Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner. Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office correspondence. Handle courier services list, incoming and outgoing. Administrative Support Manage office supplies and stationery inventory; place orders as required. Assist with record maintenance. Ensure office equipment (printers, phones, etc.) are in working condition and coordinate service calls when needed. Facility Coordination Liaise with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure a clean and safe office environment. Monitor office assets and coordinate with vendors for maintenance or repairs. Support basic facility management tasks such as vendor follow-ups, utility management, etc. Compliance & Reporting Maintain administrative reports, attendance sheets, and visitor records. Support basic accounting functions like invoice submission and petty cash management. Assist in implementing office policies and procedures. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,633.01 per month Work Location: In person
