The students are divided into small groups of 6, with each group receiving 14 classes per month. Each class runs for 1.5 hours and follows a discussion-driven, peer-learning model. This is not a lecture-heavy job — we want someone who can engage students, spark curiosity, and facilitate understanding through dialogue, questioning, and interactive learning. Key Responsibilities Teach Math and Science to Class 9 and 10 students based on the CBSE syllabus Conduct online group classes (1.5 hours each), 5 days a week Use a peer-based and discussion-oriented approach to teaching Guide students through conceptual clarity, problem-solving, and application Provide regular feedback to students and adapt teaching based on performance Collaborate with the academic team to maintain lesson quality and track learning progress Who You Are A strong communicator who loves teaching and interacting with teenagers Fluent in English and Tamil Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and digital whiteboards Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
