Key Responsibilities : Assist in preparing sweet and savoury croffles as per SOPs Handle mise en place (prep work) – cutting, portioning, assembling ingredients Maintain clean kitchen stations, utensils, and food prep zones Follow recipes and consistency standards set by the Head Chef Support senior kitchen staff during busy hours Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation of ingredients Comply with all hygiene and food safety protocols Assist in opening/closing kitchen routines and cleaning schedules Inform kitchen supervisor of stock shortages or equipment issues Preferred Candidate Profile : 6 months – 1.5 years experience in a QSR, café, bakery, or dessert kitchen Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling practices Able to work under pressure and multitask during rush hours Comfortable with both sweet (chocolate, cream-based) and savoury (cheese, sauces) prep Fast learner, good attitude, and team-oriented mindset Familiarity with kitchen safety norms and checklists Growth Opportunities : Promotion to Commis I or Kitchen Supervisor based on performance On-the-job training in new recipes and seasonal menu launches Possibility to contribute to R&D and test kitchen trials Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,373.30 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
