The ideal candidate for this position should hold a BE/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with exposure to the Die Casting Industry or Tier 1 / Tier 2 Automotive Industry. The desired age group for this role is up to 38 years, and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Die Casting Industry in the Sales & Marketing field is required. Additionally, hands-on experience as a Key Accounts Manager for various customers (OEM & Tier 1) is essential, along with proficiency in handling RFQs, preparing quotes, and negotiating prices. Key responsibilities of the role include monitoring the Business Plan, meeting sales targets, preparing and executing the Annual Business Plan, coordinating with customers and the internal team for monthly sales activities, managing customer scheduling and fulfillment, and handling sales and administration tasks.
