Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Director of Rehabilitation. The Director of Rehabilitation will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing rehabilitation programs, managing a multidisciplinary team, and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes. Daily tasks include planning, coordinating, and implementing rehabilitation services; monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness; and collaborating with other stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and community organizations. The Director will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining high standards of care.
