Job Description: Founder’s Office Intern (Automated Lead Generation & PR Outreach) Opportunity to convert to Full Time Role Position: Founder’s Office Intern Location: Remote/Hybrid Type: Internship About the Role: We’re seeking a smart, proactive, and strategic individual to join our Founder’s Office as an Intern. You’ll act as a second brain to our founder, taking ownership of two critical growth initiatives: Automated Lead Generation and PR & Speaker Outreach. You’ll also streamline operational workflows and directly contribute to scaling our businesses. Key Responsibilities: 1.Strategic Lead Generation: • Develop and implement automated lead generation systems. • Leverage automation tools (CRM, email outreach, LinkedIn automation, etc.) to consistently generate qualified leads. • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. • Prepare insightful reports and analytics to guide strategic decisions. 2.PR/Media & Speaker Outreach: • Identify and secure PR opportunities for our clients (guest articles, speaking engagements, podcasts, webinars). • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry events, and influencers. • Manage outreach campaigns, ensuring consistent high-quality placements. • Strategically engage and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders relevant to client industries, leveraging insights from influencer marketing experiences. 3.Operational Excellence: • Manage daily operations related to these growth initiatives. • Create scalable processes, checklists, and SOPs to ensure seamless execution. • Regularly coordinate with internal teams, providing clarity, alignment, and efficiency. Ideal Candidate Profile: • 6-12 months of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, PR, Influencer Marketing, or Founder’s Office roles. • Demonstrated experience with automation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar). • Prior experience working in an influencer marketing organization, engaging influencers and thought leaders for brand collaborations and campaigns. • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. • High-level organization skills with attention to detail. • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, and self-driven attitude.
