Job Description

· Teaching experience of Maths for higher grades. Teaching and learning expertise with ability to lead the drive for educational excellence. · Ability to build, lead and motivate a team of high quality Teachers and work with a team of expert colleagues from a diverse range of backgrounds. · Effective management style that encourages participation, innovation and commands confidence · An intelligent and thoughtful communicator (both orally and in writing). · Analytical skills in particular the use of data to diagnose strengths and weaknesses. · Flexible and adaptable style, responding positively to changing demands. · Proficient in Handling IT Platforms and Virtual Schooling such as ‘Google Classroom’ and ‘MS – Team’ and ERP technologies. Good analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and sound judgment. Sound Technical skills to manage the dynamic online learning platforms. · Social, result oriented, mentor and leader focused on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables, demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic School environment. Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand requirements and implement them at the school level with permission from the reporting authority. · Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
