1. Project Planning & Execution Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and timelines. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor daily progress and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings. 2. Technical Responsibilities Perform material take-offs and quantity estimations. Support in technical analysis, engineering design, and feasibility checks. Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning activities meet project standards. Resolve technical issues during project execution. 3. Site & Coordination Activities Supervise work on-site and ensure quality and safety compliance. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR). Manage and track material delivery, consumption, and inventory. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain project documentation including drawings, reports, checklists, and logs. Prepare technical reports, minutes of meetings, and project status updates. Assist with billing, measurements, and verification of contractor invoices. 5. Project Control & Compliance Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost constraints, and quality standards. Comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements. Advanced BIM Modeling Develop high-fidelity, data-rich models across Architectural, Structural, and Civil disciplines in Revit, Civil 3D, or equivalent tools. Model to appropriate LOD (up to LOD 500) for design, construction, and as-built stages.
