As an Automation Test Engineer, you will beresponsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, ensuringhigh-quality software products through rigorous testing. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python andSelenium WebDriver. Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure the application meets therequired quality standards. Identify, record, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Implement continuous integration (CI) pipelines for automated test execution andreporting. Skills and Qualifications Proficient in Python and experience with Python-based testing frameworks(e.g., pytest, unittest). Strong experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver for webapplication testing. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Experience with test automation tools like Jenkins for CI/CD integration. Experience in working with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or RestAssured. Knowledge of databases and writing queries in SQL to validate data. Ability to work with cloud-based testing platforms and automation tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD). Familiarity with other testing frameworks such as Robot Framework orCucumber. Optional: Experience in performance testing and tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker for test environmentsetup. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
