Job Description

As a Data QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our data systems. Your main responsibilities will involve performing ETL testing, conducting data validation and reconciliation, writing and executing SQL queries, developing Python scripts for automation, identifying data anomalies, and collaborating with various teams to resolve data quality issues. Additionally, you will document QA processes, support continuous improvement of data QA frameworks, and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across diverse data systems. - Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. - Write and execute SQL queries for data profiling, validation, and troubleshooting. - Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate data quality checks and reporting processes. - Identify and analyze data anomalies, trends, and discrepancies in large datasets. - Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to resolve data quality issues. - Document QA processes, test plans, results, and data lineage for audit and compliance purposes. - Support continuous improvement of data QA frameworks, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in ETL Testing including data flow validation, transformation logic, and load testing. - Proficient in Python scripting for automation, data validation, and reporting. - Good knowledge of SQL for querying and validation. - Hands-on experience with Excel for data manipulation and reporting. - Familiarity with data QA frameworks, data pipelines, and data governance practices. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.,
