Test & Release Manager

As a Test & Release Manager at TCS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of Mainframe Infrastructure requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring a quality gateway for Mainframe Infrastructure requirements - Determining performance and capacity trends in the Online & Batch area - Defining measures in resource consumption and runtime behavior - Executing Performance management during test phases - Building observability into solutions, monitoring production health, and resolving incidents - Applying digital principles to ensure quality, security, reliability, and compliance - Learning new technologies and practices, evaluating options, and making sustainable decisions Your expertise will include: - 5+ years of experience in zOS Mainframe - Strong knowledge in JCL, SQL, DB2, CICS, MQ, QA Testing - Hands-on experience in Batch QA Testing and Online Testing - Analytical mindset and integrated thinking - Comfortable working with data across various sources - SDLC know-how - University degree in computer science or related field - Background in the financial industry or a similar enterprise - Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English To qualify for this role, you need: - 15 years of full-time education - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable) As a Test & Release Manager at TCS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of Mainframe Infrastructure requirements.
